Atul Singh

Chief Executive Officer

Mr Atul Singh joins from The Coca-Cola Company upon his previously announced retirement as the Chairman of Asia Pacific, responsible for managing key stakeholders, government relationship, mergers and acquisitions initiatives.

Atul arrives with almost twenty years of experience from a global consumer product player, having joined The Coca-Cola Company in 1998 as Vice President, Operations of Coca-Cola, India Division. Prior to his current role, Atul was the Group President, Asia Pacific, responsible for operations of 5 Business Units: Greater China and Korea BU, India & Southwest Asia, Association of Southeast Asian Nations, Japan and South Pacific, comprising of 36 countries.

With a truly global background, Mr Singhs previous experience includes key positions at The Colgate-Palmolive Company in Nigeria, Romania and USA and Price Waterhouse in New York. As well as being current independent Director on the Board of Compass Ltd, Mr Singh has lived and worked in the four continents of Asia, Africa, Europe and North America.

Jamil Karmoul

Vice President of Development

As the Vice President of Development for Fawaz A. Alhokair & Co, Jamil is responsible for the worldwide development of tore construction and maintenance. He is an experienced veteran of the team, having been with the business for 20 years, and he played an important role in constructing the Fawaz A. Alhokair & Co business that exists today.

Dr. Yassine Sibari

Chief Executive Officer of Zara and Inditex

Dr. Yassine is from Inditex Spain, he has an impressive academic background, with a Doctorate in Linguistics, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (International Commerce) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish Philology. He was Area Manager for Zara in the Inditex Head Quarters in Spain from 1998 to 2007, before going on to be promoted as the General Director for Inditex and Zara in 2007 for Saudi Arabia, Central Asia and the Caucasus. Yassine manages the Inditex portfolio in all territories that Fawaz A. Alhokair & Co currently trade in. His product knowledge and understanding of the fashion retail market has been vital in making Fawaz A. Alhokair & Co partnership with Inditex so successful.

Paul Clifford

Chief Merchandising Officer

Paul Clifford joined the business as Group Merchandising Director in December 2014. Paul brings extensive knowledge, experience and expertise within Buying and Merchandising to the business, gained from a 20 year career in the UK working for large international blue chip organisations such as Marks and Spencer, Debenhams and TJX. In addition to this, Paul has also held key commercial roles and positions in smaller private equity backed retailers. Paul has a Bachelors Degree in Accountancy from Glasgow University.

Domenico Guttadauro Mancinelli

Chief Commercial Officer

Domenico Guttadauro Mancinelli holds a University degree in Economics from The University of Palermo Italy; he joined Fawaz A. Alhokair & Co. in 2013 as Country Director Kazakhstan, eventually being promoted in January 2015 to the role of Chief Commercial Officer in charge of all commercial negotiations for the brand portfolio of the Group.

He has been in retail for over 30 years starting his career on a family business then moving to Saudi Arabia in 1997 to manage the retail and distribution of brands such as Guess and Replay in the Middle East.

Mohammed Subedar

Chief Business Development Officer - Fashion Retail

Mohammed Subedar is Chief Business Development Officer. He is responsible for the introduction and strategic development of new brand partner’s and commercial opportunities for Alhokair Fashion Retail Group.

Since joining Alhokair Group, in 1996, Mohammed has progressed through the company and was instrumental in the initial development and the early growth stage of the fashion retail business. He has held many senior strategic positions across many areas of the business including Retail Sales & Operations, Brand Development and International.

Mohammed has over 18 years retail experience in Saudi Arabia. Prior to joining Alhokair, He spent 20 years in Sales & Operations working for leading High street retail groups in the UK.

Mohammed holds an MBA in International Business and Emerging Markets, from the University of Liverpool.

Jamil Asmari

Director of Human Resources

Jamil has been working at Fawaz A. Alhokair & Co for more than seven years. A Saudi Arabian citizen, his appointment as HR Director in 2008 brought local experience and leadership to the HR Department. He is responsible for all aspects of HR, both locally and internationally.

Ayyaz Khan

Director of Special Projects

Ayyaz Khan joined Fawaz A. Alhokair & Co in 2008 as the Business Unit Manager for New Brands. He is responsible for company projects, business development of new countries and client relationship management for the business. He also served as the Sales Controller for the Central Region, then as Company Special Projects Director, where he worked directly for the Fawaz A. Alhokair & Co CEO, Simon Marshall. Ayyaz has previously worked for the Phones4U Group, where he performed a variety of management roles within the sales divisions.

Gor Margaryan

General Counsel

Gor Margaryan has joined the business in 2014 to heads the legal function as the General Counsel. With experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Finance & Banking law, Intellectual Property & International Trade Law from leading law firms and financial institutions such as Freshfields, Asian Development Bank & Central Bank of Armenia. Gor holds an LL.M in International Trade Law from University of Essex, LL.M in Law & Finance from Goethe University & an MBA expected from University of Manchester.

Miles Young

Chief Executive Officer – International

Miles joined Alhokair Fashion Retail in June 2016 as VP for CIS & Caucus and was subsequently appointed to C.E.O of the International Division in August 2016. He currently manages our 11 international territories and over 40 Brands.

He has over 30 years of retail experience and has spent the last 20 years in the GCC working with leading retailers such as Al Shaya, Majid AlFuttaim & the AlFuttaim Group. He has achieved notable success managing a vast array of International Franchise Brands and his last role before joining Alhokair was Chief Operating Officer for International Franchise Division with the Landmark Group.

Shaun Kriel

VP USA

Shaun has worked for Fawaz A. Alhokair & Co for the past eight years. During his retail career Shaun has developed a unique skillset covering various elements of operational retail, and he is a respected specialist in the fields of product buying, planning and brand implementation. His considerable experience, combined with an extensive knowledge of the shopping patterns of Saudi Arabian customers, makes Shaun an integral part of the Fawaz A. Alhokair & Co management team.
