Core Purpose of the Job:  

To have all kind of Promotional, Event  & Sale Marketing materials in the stores on time  in order to increase and achieve the Business Plan Target .

Areas of Responsibility (AOR)

 

  • Delivery of Marketing  Materials on time
  • Coordinate with Supplier (Hajen & Dunya)
  • Ensure the Quality of Marketing Materials as per brand standard
  • Maintaining the Marketing Spend Vs agreed Budget
  • Department Coordinate ( DC )

 

CORE functional ACTIVITIES (CFA)

  • Advise on cost effective & best Marketing Materials based on the requirement of Brands, also recommend alternative materials
  • Ensure the quality of the Printing Materials according to Brand Standards
  • Discuss with supplier on each Brand’s Marketing Materials standards & requirement.
  • Discuss and plan with supplier on upcoming promotion or event in order to have the signage and all printed material in the store on time. 
  • Establish & building relationship with Suppliers, Find alternative supplier for better price.
  • Liaise with internal and external support teams to deliver marketing programs in a timely and efficient manner and with in budget.
  • Every single quote received from Suppliers must be double checked clearly.
  • Double check all the invoices received from the Suppliers against Delivery note & PO before handover to Purchasing Department.
  • Follow up on PR & PO with relevant person (Herald/ admin – Purchasing) Solve if there is any issues for delay.
  • Coordinate with other departments to collect the required information much faster. (Sales & Ops, Merchandising and Stores)
  • Maintain the marketing spend vs. approved and agreed budget.
  • Follow up with supplier daily basis on signage material delivery, and send the distribution list to DC for dispatch.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested.
