Dr. Abdul Majeed is a graduate of the King Saud University and has a hands-on approach to running the largest growing network of stores and international portfolio of brands within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He received the prestigious Saudi Public Company (SPC) award as the “Executive of the Year – 2007″ recognizing him as a Saudi Arabian business professional leading a major publicly listed company and for achieving and demonstrating outstanding management excellence. |

| Mr. Mansour Alajlan Prior to joining Alhokair Group as HR Director, he worked as Deputy General Manager at ASAL Co. in Riyadh (1990-1998) and as Assistant Director for Human Resources at the Ministry of Interior (Directorate of Health Services). Mr. Ajlan graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Manpower and Personnel Administration from Metro State College in the USA in 1984. He also holds an associate Degree in Applied Science, Management from Denver, Auroria College in the US. |
| Mr. Abdulrahman Bin Moulay Prior to joining th Group in 2006, Abdulrahman Moulay managed a key corporate function and advisory service, gaining over 15 years of experience with leading international consultants like PWC. His experience further extends to projects with the Capital Markets Authority and Saudi Pension fund. He has a degree from King Saud University in Saudi Arabia, and CPA certification from the US. In addition to being a certified Internal Auditor, Abdulrahman is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor. Abdulrahman was Head of Internal Audit for Fawaz Alhokair before transferring into his current position of Chief Financial Officer. |
| Mr. Ajlan Alajlan Mr. Ajlan holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial management from Central Washington University, and is currently the General Manager of Alzamil Industrial Investment Company. Mr. Ajlan is also a board member of Saudi Lamino Ltd. and Saudi Indian Insurance Company. |
| Dr. Faris Abaalkhail Dr. Faris Abaalkhail has been the executive director of the FAB Holding Company since 2003. He holds a PhD and master’s degree in economics and Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration, and is currently a member of the Executive and Nominations Committees at Riyadh Bank. |
