Fawaz A. Alhokair & Co (known as “Alhokair Fashion Retail”) is a world-class organization that mixes the best international practices with local market knowledge and expertise. That is why some of the world’s most successful fashion brands have chosen us as their partner of choice in Saudi Arabia, Middle East North Africa, Central Asia and Caucasus regions.

Alhokair Fashion Retail commenced its operations in 1990 with two menswear stores. Our business objectives remain simple: obtaining franchises of international fashion brand names that appeal to a large consumer base and selling a wide range of products in fashionable retail outlets, located in prime locations throughout Saudi Arabia and our international territories.

We recently completed our acquisition of the NESK group of trading project LLC with world class brands such as Mango, Stradivarius, Okaidi, and Woman’s Secret to name a few.

Today, we operate over 1400 stores through Saudi Arabia, Middle East North Africa, Central Asia and Caucasus regions and the United States of America and represent over 75 international retail brands in over 330,000m2 of retail space.


Our Corporate Group

While Alhokair Fashion Retail started its operations as a fashion retailer, today the group has diversified from fashion retail business into other sectors. The diversification has further extended to cover non-retail business sectors such as real-estate, construction, financial services, health care and hospitality.
1990 saw the start of our retail and wholesale enterprises, entering the market with off-the-rack clothing, shoes, textiles and perfumes. Immediate success encouraged the team to spearhead franchise relationships and bring high street fashion brands into Saudi Arabia.

With the development strategies focused on relationship retailing, facilitation and managing product flow, we were able to attract up to date international retailers into an opportunity rich market. Building and maintaining ethical relationships is at the core of Alhokair’s business. The merging of international retail skills with local business expertise was the backbone of our early success in the Saudi market.

By 1997, retailing in Saudi Arabia was undergoing a sweeping change – a move to international retailing. Assured profitability, consistent delivery and professional marketing and advertising meant foreign brands were eager to stake their claim in this lucrative market. Each year we added new brand and franchises to our portfolio. By 2004 the company was well established as a major franchise holder with interests in almost every segment of the fashion market.

On January 4, 2006 we converted our legal status to a limited liability company. Subsequently it has been converted to a joint stock company in accordance with the resolution of the Minister of Commerce and Industry.
