FG4 Cute Child Contest Rules and Conditions
FG4 Cute Child Contest entry period begins December 23, 2010, and ends January 20, 2011 (the "Entry Period"). FG4 fans voting period ends January 25, 2010.
1.The Cute Child Contest is open to all residents of the following countries: Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Egypt, Dubai and Lebanon except employees of FG4, their families, associates, suppliers to FG4, or anyone connected with the arrangement of the contest.
2. The participation to the contest can be done via visiting www.facebook.com/FG4you and click the button to join the fan page.
3. To qualify to enter the contest, you must complete the registration form and send it to the following email: [email protected] and upload one (1) a current photo of your child between the ages of zero (0) months and fourteen (14) years as of the date of entry, residing in the following countries Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Egypt, Dubai and Lebanon .
4. Photos must be recent (taken within one month of entry for children under one year of age, and within three months of entry for children over one year of age), Photos must be taken by non-professional photograher, be unpublished photographs and may not have won any prize or award previously. Photos must be .jpeg or .bmp image formats and cannot exceed 3 MB.
Photos must not contain material that violates or infringes the rights of another, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement. Photos must not contain brand names or trademarks. By entering, you represent and warrant that your entry does not violate or infringe the rights of another, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, and that no part of your entry materials constitutes copyright infringement.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, disqualify, modify, edit and revise any entries, subjects, photos, or related materials that Sponsor deems, in its sole discretion, to be nude, obscene, defamatory, profane, offensive, lewd, pornographic, false, misleading, deceptive, or otherwise inconsistent with its editorial standards, audience expectations, or reputational interests or that Sponsor believes may violate any applicable law or regulation or the rights of any third party. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to verify any element of any entry or related materials and to disqualify any entrant whose participation may subject the contest, Sponsor, or Sponsor's advertisers, clients, or customers to controversy, negative publicity, scorn, or ridicule.
5. Voting shall take place through George Davies Facebook Fan Page. Only one vote per fan member is allowed. Entries will be cross-referenced to eliminate duplicates.
6. Participants with the greatest number of votes will be selected and a Judge committee will select the winner per each region.
7. Entries over the telephone or via posted mail will not be accepted
8. Winners will be notified by phone 10 days before the distribution of the prizes and will have to come personally along with their parents to receive the prize.
9. FG4 reserves the right to select an alternative winner if unable to contact the original winning participant within 10 days of initial phone call made or in the event of any winner being unable to prove adherence to these rules. If, for any reason, the winner is not able or chooses not to take up the offered prize, no alternative prize will be offered.
10. FG4 reserves the right to publish the winner's name in post event publicity.
11. Entering the contest is deemed to indicate acceptance of these rules.
